Information below is relevant until further updates are provided here or on our Supply and Service Updates section

Uisce Éireann customers in Glenamaddy and the surrounding areas may be experiencing disruption to their water supply this morning as a result of technical issues at the Glenamaddy Water Treatment Plant.

Crews are currently on site working to resolve the issue and restore normal supply. It is estimated that supply will be restored by this evening.

Customers served by the Knocmascahill and Bushtown Group Water Schemes may also be affected by this unplanned outage.

Ger Greally of Uisce Éireann said crews will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue and restore supply to customers.

“We acknowledge the impact of an unplanned outage and we want to assure affected customers in Glenamaddy that all efforts are being made to restore supply as soon as possible,” said Ger.
