Customers may experience low pressure in Killybegs

Uisce Éireann is advising customers in Killybegs that due to a burst on a water main there may be reduced pressure until necessary repairs are carried out.
Uisce Éireann’s Operations team have redirected flows to maintain supply to all customers in Killybegs and surrounding areas. However, some customers may experience reduced water pressure until the necessary repairs are complete tomorrow.
Uisce Éireann’s Damien O’Sullivan assured customers that every effort is being made to restore a normal water supply water as quickly as possible to customers.
“We understand the inconvenience of an unplanned outage and we thank customers impacted for their support while our repair works are ongoing. Our Operations crews have been able to carry out adjustments to flows on the network to reduce the impact for the majority of our customers, however, some customers in Killybegs may be impacted by reduced pressure until the repair work is complete tomorrow, Tuesday.”
