Uisce Éireann is working to restore normal water supply to customers in Site Cast Industrial Estate, Little Island, Cork following a burst watermain.
Customers in this area of the Industrial Estate will experience a disruption to their water supply while repair works are being carried out.
Uisce Éireann’s Michael Bell assured those affected that a team is on site and working to restore a normal water supply as soon as possible.
“With repairs underway it is expected that water supply will be restored by 9.30pm this evening. We understand the inconvenience of an unplanned outage and we thank customers for their support while repair works continue.”
Typically, it takes two to three hours following repairs for normal supply to be restored to all customers affected by an unplanned outage.
