After an outage

Some customers may experience water quality or supply issues when your water has been restored following an outage.

No water or low pressure

Find out why why you may experience no water or very low pressure in your home or business.

If your cold tap is working but your hot tap is not, then you may have an airlock in your internal plumbing.

Frozen or burst pipes

When the outside temperature drops below zero, unprotected pipes and dripping taps can freeze and crack.
