Tackling Discolouration in Cork City

Uisce Éireann acknowledges that instances of water discolouration are occurring intermittently in some areas of Cork City. We have a major operational effort and plan in place to help reduce instances of discolouration.

We continue to advise customers experiencing discolouration, not to drink discoloured water and to run the cold water tap in the kitchen for several minutes as this will usually restore water to a clear colour.
